Front End Retail Administrative Coordinator
Location: Regina, SK

What You’ll Do:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including inventory database management, purchase order data entry, record keeping, answering phone calls, and responding to customer emails.
Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with stocking shelves.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as updating the store’s website, managing social media posts, and organizing promotional events
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store facility.
Other duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of administrative or office experience (experience in retail or the firearms industry is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with firearm laws and regulations (or willingness to learn).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with point of sale software, ideally with direct experience with Lightspeed Retail and eCom.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
A passion for firearms, hunting, or outdoor activities is a bonus!
Holding a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) is a requirement of the position. If you don’t have you must be willing to take the training and apply for the license asap after commencing the position.
